Drip accelerator : This design feature helps in a faster drip of the solution from the barrel, thus reducing the drip time at each station and at the same time decreasing the carry-over of solution by over 30%. Unloading chute : This is a funnel shaped flat chute made of PP / SS which allows for easier unloading of components onto a basket from the barrel. Reversible direction of rotation : By reversing the rotation of the barrel after lifting, the components are made to tumble with greater efficiency, thus increasing the flow of the drip. This results in reduced carry-over at each rotation station as well as during traversing.
