In door closer we have barrier free function for delayed action for elderly and / or handicap. For above, we have special version Door closer (low opening resistance ) available with lighter powered system to provide door control and low opening resistance for Physically Challenged / elderly person / children.
This door closer covers the requirement of Hydraulically regulated door closer for vertical hinges typed door opening on one side to carry weight not more than 60kg. It is so designed that it automatically closes the door with the help of spring controlled valve such that it automatically closes at a slow speed or slowes down as it nears the frame of the door or Vise-versa. Even latch closing model is also available for Acess doors or Security doors.
