Specifically designed ‘high torque’ motor delivers the power through high tensile gear train and computer generated cam profiles for smooth, jerk/shock free, fast and accurate movement of the heavy tool disc in either direction. Hardened and precisely ground hurth coupling ensures the high level of indexing repeatability, rigidity and accuracy time and again. The bi-directional working allows the indexing action to be completed through shortest path, hence saving precious time and energy. The mechanical mechanism submersed for oil bath lubrication ensures low maintenance and longevity of the whole assembly. Provision of front and rear mounting possibilities gives enhanced flexibility for easy and quick commissioning. The fewer inputs and outputs required for the complete indexing action ensures easy, hassle free and safer plc write-ups as compared to the hydraulic turrets. _ no.
