MYQ Colour fastness to rubbing is the most basic of colour fastness tests, Crockmeter is used to determine colour fastness to wet and dry rubbing. Specimens are rubbed with dry, standard cotton cloth (Crocking cloth) and again, if applicable, with wet cloth. The staining of the crocking cloth is assessed with an AATCC or SDC Grey Scale. Equipment Hand Opreted crock meter is used for determination of color fastness of dyed & printed textile to dry & wet rubbing. This equipment is designed with 16mm diameter finger & length of traverse 100(±5)mm. The display comes digitally on the panel.
