The Cutting Pad is also fixed on the Base Frame. As the Cutter is lifted, it automatically gets locked in the upright position. Now you can place the Fabric conveniently on the Cutting Pad. As you release the Lock, the Cutter gets in the Original Position on the Fabric. The Specimen will cut out neatly and accurately by rotating the Hand wheel. The Round Cutter has four German Blades and the Cutting Pad. The Cutting Pad is a special type of Pad, which takes just any kind of Fabric. The Blades are reversible type. When Blade's one side gets rough by using, the Blade can be turned to the other side. Turning to other side can use all the four sides of the Blade.The GSM Round Cutter is recommended for yield testing i.e. the determination of weight per unit area. We manufacture, export and supply Digital Pilling Tester from New Delhi. Pilling is the formation on the surface of a fabric of small balls of entangled fiber. It is a fabric surface fault characterized by little pills of entangled fibers clinging to the surface. These are formed during wearing or washing by the entanglement of the loose fibers, which protrude from the fabric surface, and development of these into spherical bundle anchored to the fabric by a few unbroken fibers. These give a very unsightly look to the garments. The apparatus is beautifully finished in powder coated paint. The boxes are covered with a layer of matching laminated sheet.   Functioning :Test specimen is taken from the fabric sample and is sewn, so as to be a firm fit, when placed round a molded polyurethane tube. Four tubes are placed in each of the two Boxes provided in the Tester. The Boxes are set in motion for an agreed number of revolutions.
