Remove loose plaster and dust using sandpaper. Add around 750 ml of water to 1 kg of paint slowly and mix homogeneously. Apply liberally, keeping an interval of 3 to 4 hours between the two coats. Strain the material for better results. Surface painted with Kamal Distemper is smooth and matt in appearance. Any minor stains may be mopped using wet cloth two weeks after painting. Decoprime Wall Primer can be used for better results. For best results, use within 24 months. DO NOT OVER THIN. STIR WELL AND STRAIN BEFORE USE. Drying Time Surface Dry 1-2 hours. Hard Dry 3-5 Hours. Tack Free : 8-12 hours. (Depending on the conditions of temperature and humidity). Recoatable after 3-5 hours.

Shelf Life : 1 Year in packed condition Flash Point : N.A Undercoats : 1001 Cement Primer or 2 coats of 1001 dry distemper Directions of Use :   1001 Dry Distemper is mixed with warm water in the ratio 300 to 400 ml per kg of distemper, and stirred till a creamy consistency is obtained. It should stand for about half an hour, after which more water is to be added in the ratio 400 to 500 ml per kg of distemper, and stirred vigorously to achieve brushing consistency. The material should be applied within 48 hours of mixing water. Apply 2 coats. Dry overnight between coats. Maximum overcoating interval - 48 hours.

Finish : Smooth matt finish

Cement Primer - Solvent Thinnable is suitable for interior and exterior use. It can be used for priming plastered walls, asbestos, brick work etc. It sets fast, has good sealing properties, good resistance to alkalinity, moisture and fungus. Clean the surface well and remove all loose mattr. Then apply one or two coats of this primer. For best results, allow 6 hours drying between any two coats of primer. Light cut with sand paper No. 320 and then apply subsequent coats of finish paint. This primer can also be tinted with Apcolite Universal Stainers

Uses : Walls, asbestos, sign boards etc

1001 Acrylic Washable Distemper is a WASHABLE water based paint of soft butter like consistency made from excellent quality emulsions and light fast pigments.   Thinning  Add a little water to the material, stir thoroughly till a smooth creamy consistency results. Add some more water. Total water added should not be more than half the weight of the Acrylic Washable Distemper.   Application By brush/Roller/Spray. Surfaces should be free from efflorescence. Old distemper/Lime should be removed by scraping or rubbing down and the surface should be free from loose and flaking materials   Uses Ideal coating for interior decoration of houses, plastered walls, brick work, concrete and asbestos surfaces etc.
