Satellite PCC Plant
An on-site plant, pcc (precipitated calcium carbonate) is produced in a satellite facility; onsite or close to a paper mill and the resultant slurry is pumped directly to the mill. In this arrangement, all plant and equipment required for producing pcc are installed under lease agreement in the premises of its end user. The utilities like power, water, steam and the co2 from the boiler stake (going into the air after esp) are used to make pcc in slurry form for its use in paper application. This unique environment friendly technology not only reduces the energy consumption and drying time but also utilizes the co2 emitted from the boilers.
...morerice syrup
Rice Syrup is light sweet syrup, used as sweetener.(Popularly known as Liquid Glucose). This syrup is derived by cooking rice starch with saccharifying enzymes. Rice-dextrin solution undergoes a heat-assisted saccarification, involving addition of enzyme isolates, which convert complex carbohydrates into a solution rich in simple carbohydrates. This solution is then evaporated, until desired water content (dry solid substance, DS) is achieved.
...moreRice Gluten
Rice gluten meal is the dried residue from rice after the removal of starch, and separation of the bran by the process employed in the wet milling manufacture of rice starch or syrup or glucose. This rice protein meal’s color is bright and yellow, it is usually used as poultry feed because it contains an above average amino acid profile, added vitamins and high protein content and it can help poultry to increase their anti-virus activity, development activity and food calling activity.
...moreMalto Maltodextrin
Malto dextrin is produced from starch of corn & rice by hydrolysis not exceeding 20de. It is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose, and might be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless and more easily tolerated by the diabetic patients. Being a food additive, these are also used as base in preparation of food products such as health drinking, soups milk shakes.
...moreMaize Germ
Maize Germs that we supply are used in oil mills to extract oil; Germs usually have about 45% to 50% of oil content with low cholesterol level. After the extraction of the corn oil from the germ, the residue is used in corn germ meal as animal feed primarily for pigs and poultry as it increases the productiveness in animals
...moreLiquid Glucose
Liquid glucose is an aqueous solution of nutritive saccharide obtained by starch hydrolysis, by using corn and rice as raw material, which is purified and concentrated to required solids. It is usually odorless and clear yellow colored viscous liquid sweet syrup which is processed and stored under hygienic conditions. It has wide application and is particularly useful where high concentrations of invert sugars are required. It also has such advantages as anti-crystalline, a lower freezing point and high degree of sweetening power relative to sucrose. Liquid glucose, glucose syrup and corn syrups are synonyms.
...moreGlucose Powder
Rice syrup solids, are also known as dried glucose syrup or Glucose Powder. They are used as sweetener and stabilizers for moisture & texture in baked goods, confectionary (hard candy), dairy products, processed meats, seafood. They are also utilized by breweries to lighten beer color, add body, rice flavor and fermentable sugars.
...moreCorn Gluten Feed
Corn Gluten feed is a by-product of the wet milling of corn to produce cornstarch, sweeteners, oil and other products. It is made of spraying corn slurry to the corn bran which is separated from the manufacturing process of corn starch and then by steam drying. Corn Gluten is a fiber-rich ingredient, containing significant amounts of nutritious protein and starch. It is used as a feed additive in cattle diets as a source of energy and protein that is beneficial to digestion and absorption. It’s the only effective natural pre-emergent herbicide in turfgrass industry.
...moreCattle Feed
We are engaged in the manufacturing of Cattle Feed, which is made available for various cattle. It is manufacturing from the finest quality material, to provide proper nourishment to the cattle and has essential vitamins and amino acids that are necessary for their growth and development. It enhances the fat and SNF (Non-Fat solids) in milk.
...moreStarch Sugars
Starch and its derivatives have emerged as the most promising environment-friendly ingredients over the years, offering varied application benefits in both food as well as non food industries. Starch sugars are produced by treating native starch chemically, physically or enzymatically. They process unique characteristics, which explain their popularity in various industries such as dentifrice, healthcare, paints, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, paper emulsion, textile, tobacco, adhesive, etc.
...moreRice Syrup Solids
Our rice syrup solids are made from non-gmo rice. Rice syrup solids glucose powder are produced by process of agglomeration, which increases particle size and lowers bulk density compared to standard products. They are easily dispersed into water for ease of use in quick dissolving beverage mixes. The low density is ideal to provide bulk in high intensity sweetener blends.
...moreCorn Germ
Corn germ is the endosperm of maize grain; it is a yellow colored seed, pleasantly nutty in taste and rich in oil. It is mainly used for extraction of maize oil and manufacturing of feed supplement. Maize germ is a high energy, very palatable and digestible feed offering a good source of slow release starch. With its less fat content, it reduces the level of coronary diseases.
