Recommended for use in closed, forced circulation with indirect or secondary heating systems, equipped with expansion tanks. The temperature of the oil film surrounding the heating element should be about 15ºC to 30ºC above the bulk oil temperature. Higher than this may lead to deposit of sludge and coke which would interfere with the heat transfer rates and also shorten the service life of the oil.

Heat Transfer Oil is specifically designed for use in circulating hot oil systems.  It is produced using high viscosity index paraffinic base stocks and specialized additives. Also, special additives are used in our Heat Transfer Oil that enhance its thermal conductivity. Our Heat Transfer Oil can resist thermal cracking and decomposition.
