iLabot atmosphere furnaces are designed to work with Nitrogen and Argon inert gases at temperature range 1200°C and 1600°C. These units can protect samples from oxidation and decarburization with flowing nitrogen, argon and other inter gases; therefore, they are considered a good choice for sintering under inert-atmosphere and used widely in laboratories, R&D centers and light industrial applications. These units are equipped with microprocessor based programmable PID controller, which keeps the temperature stable during entire cycle with ±1°C accuracy. The heating chamber is made of two or three layers of ceramic fiber insulating material. Imported thermocouples are fitted at rear side of the chamber; K type for 1200°C and B type for 1600°C.
