Himalayan Florica was established in 2002 in Darjeeling, India. The company has a partnership with Balaji Beej Bhandar & Agro Tech (INDIA). Both these companies are well established in horticulture and floriculture sector. Himalayan Florica is registered with APEDA (Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Ministry of Commerce Government Of India). We are actively involved in import - export business in horticulture and floriculture. As a centre for horticulture and floriculture, we manage and sell flower seeds, bulbs, seedlings and all gardening products, in different markets in India and abroad. Our main products are cut flowers, fruits, vegetables and organic vegetables. Himalayan Florica is also engaged with NGOs which are involved in horticulture and floriculture sector. We also provide training program, technical support and marketing advice to farmers for their economic upliftment. Himalayan Florica is associated with many state government horticulture departments to fulfil their requirement like making a polyhouse, greenhouse, supply planting material and arrange marketing and distribution of their products. Himalayan Florica produces cut-flowers from the north-eastern region of India like Sikkim, Megalaya and Darjeeling. We supply high quality cut flowers because we use lillium bulbs imported from VWS Holland. We are also the authorised supplier of all VWS products in India. VWS Holland is the largest exporter of flower bulbs in seven countries and largest quality bulbs supplier in the world. Our major market for cut flowers of lillium is Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. We supply about 40% of lillium cut flowers all over India and neighbouring countries like Nepal, Bangladesh and U.A.E throughout the year.
