We offer TWIN BLOCK MAKING MACHINE. Hydraform M7 Twin machine is suitable for higher block production requirement with option of machine mobility on site. The Machine is prefitted with diesel engine or electric motor and includes hydraulic power pack including cylinders, 2 sets of compression chamber including pre-compacting top gate assembly, loading assembly, all mounted on a robust trailer with tow hitch and road tyres for mobility.

Hydraform Pan Mixer is a planetary type mixer. It is suitable for mixing fine particles like soil / fly ash / sand / cement etc. It is on a static frame with a top mounted planetary type gear box and electric motor to give optimum drive and efficiency on a given power requirement. Mixed material is down loaded from the bottom. It is available in roller or blender type options. Blender mixer is fitted with scrapers and is suited for soil or fly ash based raw material mix that is relatively dry at the time of mixing. Roller mixer is fitted with heavy rollers and scrapers and suitable for fly ash based mixes or those with very wet or lumpy kind of materials at the time of mixing. This mixer is suitable for medium to large size block production sites. The capacity is good enough to feed 1 unit of double chamber block machine e.g M7S2E / M7 Twin OR feed 2 units of single chamber block machine e.g M7E / M7D. Hydraform Model M7D Machine is suitable for users having on site block production requirement with pre-fitted diesel engine. A separate pan mixer is required to feed the machine with mixed material. It is a mobile plant inclusive of hydraulic power pack including cylinders, compression chamber, pre-compacting top gate assembly all fitted on a tyre mounted, road worthy tow hitch trolley.

Hydraform Building system involves using two technologies: Interlocking Block making using Hydraform hydraulic block making machines. The machines are versatile for on site and factory production.Blocks can be made with different shapes and sizes to suit construction requirements.Variety of raw materials like Fly ash , sub soil, other type of waste materials blended with sand & cement. Interlocking masonry for Constructing walls that are largely dry stacked or using minimal mortar / slurry. Interlocking profile in blocks is due to tongue and groove that creates a mechanical bond and enhances structural stability due to shear key. The Blocks have an extremely appealing face-brick finish and provide a pre-pointed straight masonry. The walls may be left exposed, plastered or finished with cement paint. HYDRAFORM block making machines are hydraulically operated with integrated or separate Pan mixer. The machines are designed to give maximum efficiency with ease of operation and maintenance. A separate pan mixer is required to feed the machine with mixed material. It is a stationary plant inclusive of hydraulic power pack including cylinders, compression chamber, pre-compacting top gate assembly.

Hydraform HF220 conduit block is similar in dimension and application as HF 220 block above with additional provision for conduit for horizontal reinforcement applications in Earthquake resistant construction applications.Block dimensions (in mm) are:       Length: +- 120 – 240 mmWidth: 220 mmHeight: 115 mm

Hydraform HF150 block is suitable for external / partition 6″ thick walls. The block shape is interlocking with beveled / champhered edges. These blocks can be used with mortar slurry. First course (above DPC), lintel and top courses are full mortar layered. It is recommended to consult the local building codes and structural engineer for suitable application. 250 full length blocks will comprise 1 cu. m of wall masonry, whereas 37 full length blocks will comprise 1 sq. m of 6” wall. Interlocking blocks can be used in dry masonry or with mortar slurry. First course (above DPC), lintel and top courses are mortar layered. It is recommended to consult the local building codes and structural engineer for suitable application.170 full length blocks will comprise 1 cu. m of wall masonry, where as 37 full length blocks will comprise 1 sq. m of 9” wall.

The HYDRAFORM block cutter is designed to cut HF 220 block size into smaller size from a standard HYDRAFORM block. The equipment is easy to use. However, clients have option to cut blocks in conventional method also.

The HYDRAFORM block tester is designed to be used as a quality control tool enabling the block producer to monitor the block strength. It suited for on site application to check indicative compressive strength. The test platen is designed to test HF 220 interlocking block without any cutting/ chipping or mortar packing. The block tester is simple to operate and shows compressive strength in MPa or kg/cm². It can test block strength from 1- 150 Kg/cm2.  

We are offering hydraform spares, hydraform machines can be fitted with variety of moulds that are available to make specialized blocks for specific construction applications. Spare moulds and wear plates are available as optional accessories. Stocking emergency spares for urgent requirements for far off sites is recommended. Fly ash blocks bricks is an established technology with established standards in large parts of world. Fly ash is an industrial waste and is residual of burnt coal. It is typically available in plenty where coal is fired in power generation process. Use of fly ash in construction is increasingly being promoted in the areas where it is available in abundance. Ministry of environment and forest (moef), govt. Of india has issued guidelines for mandatory use of fly ash in bricks blocks on progressive basis for construction with in 100 km of every power project. Good grade fly ash is a very good raw material for construction usage. Hydraform india has further improvised on the established and time tested technology to use fly ash by using variety of alternative raw material options mixes to make fly ash based interlocking blocks that are of very good quality and finish.
