Fitted with a heavy duty three phase motor for higher torque     CONSTRUCTIONAL AND SALIENT FEATURES Outer wall made of Stainless Steel (SS-430) and inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (SS-304 grade). The unit is insulated with PUF for minimal thermal losses. It requires plain tap water connection. Ice flakes coming out from the crushing assembly only within 25 minutes and are collected in a collecting bin for ready use. Continuous availability of Ice Flakes till the machine is on. Unit gets automatically cut off when the collecting bin is full of ice flakes thereby saving the power consumption. Collecting bin is fully insulated with 'PUF' which prevents melting of ice flakes. Indigenously designed and manufactured unit with INDIAN components which are readily available for replacement. Well balanced refrigeration system with hermetic sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor assembly & NON-CFC refrigerant gas to cool the crusher assembly for producing ice. Crusher assembly is made of Stainless Steel and is driven by heavy duty induction motor coupled to reduction gear. Crusher assembly is supplied with water from in-built water collecting tank, which is fitted with a float valve for regulating water supply. Ice crusher used is made of S.S. to give life long performance.Water is introduced into crusher assembly through a precision float valve. The inflow of water is smoothly controlled by this float valve for maintaining a required lave of water irrespective of variation in pressure at the water input line with automatic cut off in case of low water / no water supply.Ice flakes are collected into a well-insulated stainless steel container. So it stays for longer time. The removal of flakes is easily possible through the stainless steel front/top door which can be pushed while removing the ice. Moreover the equipment fitted with an ICE LEVEL CONTROLLER, which will put off the system in case ice gets accumulated in the container move than the required level. Hence, there is no need of an operator being on the machine all the time. The ice controller is provided with a drain line for occasional cleaning of the container.
