Age the Mix Ice cream mix is aged at 40°F (5°C) for at least 4 hours or overnight 5. Add Liquid Flavors and Colors Liquid flavors and colors may be added to the mix before freezing 6. Freeze Ice cream Mix is frozen in continues freezer 7. Add Fruits, Nuts and  Flavorings  As desired, depending on the product. 8. Package As desired, depending on the product. 9.
