There are some special features of the sakarni wall putty like it has a smooth and strong finish thus giving a fine and polished look to the walls. There are certain points that one should remember while using the wall putty like, the surface should be made free of impurities like, dirt, dust, grease, oil and paint so that the surface is saturated with water. The wall putty is prepared in a certain manner like, the wall putty is slowly mixed with approx. 40% water by volume to prepare paste of desired consistency. It should be mixed vigorously so that there is no lump formation and a uniform and smooth paste is formed. Another important thing is that the putty paste should be used within 2-3 hours of preparation. It should be stored at a dry place and should be opened just before use.

A premix single application plaster, it is made of calcium hemihydrate and additives are added to it to improve the performance and workability. Sakarni ready mix plaster works effectively on both even and uneven backgrounds, which means that this ready mix can be used for both fine surface finishing and thick base plastering as per the requirements. The ready mix is very economical as it covers more area with less material as it is a superfine low density powder.

The major test is the calcium cooking process wherein each droplet of pure calcium sulphate is boiled at a predetermined temperature and the silica is separated. The result of this procedure is that sakarni doesn't shrink or crack after drying thus our plaster of plaster is very user friendly and doesn't create much problems for the user.

Our manufactured joint finish compound is superior in quality and a ready to mix compound for diverse applications. It can be used to repair cracks in plastered walls in order to texture surfaces & to laminate a wallboard in to the other wallboard. Our manufactured joint finish compound contains enough binder to secure the reinforcing tape and to develop its strength & hardness by drying.
