JAI's own highly trained engineering team has tuned this technology to suit Indian road conditions and have shared the benefits of this technology with its esteemed customers. JAI's more than 90% share in Indian OE market for Parabolic Springs highlights its undisputed leadership in Parabolic technology. This technology not only reduces the weight of the springs but also improves the ride comfort and gives much better vehicle life. JAI has six CNC automatic Parabolic rolling Machines imported from Japan and Germany. All the equipments have capability to roll the parabolic profile with minimum tolerance levels to ensure high consistency of stiffness in the springs.

JAI manufactures every type of tapered Multileaf Springs used in commercial vehicles and special application vehicles. JAI uses the latest manufacturing technology available to achieve the highest Quality Standards A leaf spring can be made from several leaves stacked upon each other in several layers. JAI manufactures Multileaf Springs ranging from 3Kg to 200 Kg. Our latest technology not only improves the life of the product but also ensures high level of consistency in each product. All major operations have been set up with POKA YOKE systems to ensure that not a single bad part escapes through our Quality System.

JAI has tied up with Ridewell Corporation of USA to manufacture Air Suspension, Bogie Suspension and Lift Axles in India. Ridewell has more than 42 patents for various suspension products and is considered a leader in this field.
