JAI's more than 90% share in Indian OE market for Parabolic Springs highlights its undisputed leadership in Parabolic technology. This technology not only reduces the weight of the springs but also improves the ride comfort and gives much better vehicle life. JAI has six CNC automatic Parabolic rolling Machines imported from Japan and Germany. All the equipments have capability to roll the parabolic profile with minimum tolerance levels to ensure high consistency of stiffness in the springs.
