Jogindra Ribbon Blender is suited for PVC Dry Blends. It is specially designed for those compounds which require higher ratio of plasticization such as used in Footwear, Pipes, cables etc. The Blender construction is 'U' type made of stainless steel and jacketed around for heating by circulation of heated oil or heating system provided at lower part of blender. The homogeneous mixing is done by special spiral type mixing tool combination of radial & axial design operating at low speed. The mixed material can be directly transferred to Vertical or Horizontal mixer for further processing.

JOGINDRA, Blade Pulverizer is specially designed to reprocess the rejects to convert into free flowing powder. It is suitable for rigid PVC i.e. Profiles,Pipes,Sheets and Injection moulding rejects. The feed material should be pre-grinded into 4 to 6 mm size. The Pulverizer provides hammering and milling action in between toothed rotary and fixed segments. The specially designed toothed milling geometry is a result of our constant development on our part for three decades.

Use of this system is recommended in case of continuous compounding for small to medium volume production, thereby minimizing production cost. The pre weighed material is fed into a bag emptying station and is conveyed by a roots blower via rotary airlock and pipeline to feeding hopper (fixed at top of High Speed Mixer) ready for next batch. The materials in High Speed Mixer is heated by utilization of frictional heat and subsequently the heated compound is transferred to Horizontal Cooling Mixer which cools the material faster by special cooling blades combination of radial and axial design, allowing an increase in the number of batches per hour. Jogindra Container Mixer is specially designed for cold mixing process for all polymer powders or granules with colorants and or additives for concentrated master batches. The mixer is in two parts i.e. Mixer and Storage Hopper. Initially the mixing head is facing to ground and is in a position for lifting and clamping to Container and finally rotate to 180° for mixing. The cleaning time is reduced to a minimum. JOGINDRA, Breaker cum Grinder is suitable for grinding rigid PVC, scrap of pipes up to dia of 250 mm, profiles or any other rigid plastic. Full length pipe can be fed & doesn't require pipes to be cut into small pieces, uniform size, granules are produced with minimum dust. Hammers are made out of special alloy steel & doesn't require sharpening. Heavy duty bearing housing with best quality bearing for long trouble free service. Chamber is fabricated in round shape & fitted with mesh of required size granules.
