Miniature Circuit Breaker
A miniature circuit breaker is an automatically operated electrical switch designed to protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by overload or short circuit. Its basic function is to detect a fault condition and, by interrupting continuity, to immediately discontinue electrical flow. Unlike a fuse, which operates once and then has to be replaced, a miniature circuit breaker can be reset (either manually or automatically) to resume normal operation. Range : 6A to 63A Features : 6KA short circuit breaking capacity. ISI marked. Low power consumption, thus cost effective & energy saving. Current limiting design for short circuit fault clearance up to 10000 amps. Specially designed for protection against electric shocks. Heavy contacts to bear mechanical/ electrical operations up to 50000 times. Tough fire resistant body. All moving parts are embedded in glass fiber reinforced polyester / nylon 66 material in an extra ordinary service life and a high corrosion resistance. Operates without vibration and prevents contact welding. Solid Silver contacts metal.
...moreMini Trip MCB
Mini Trip MCB's are safety devices which protect electrical installations from overloads and short circuits. Mini Trip MCB's are replacements for rewired fuses. Mini Trip MCB's are required in homes, offices and shops, these are required at every place where electricity is used. Range : 6A to 32A Features : 3KA short circuit breaking capacity. Compact in size. Low power consumption, thus cost effective & energy saving. Easy to mount in switchboards/ modular plates. Thermal as well as magnetic release. Finger safe terminals IP 20 degree of protection. Tough fire resistant body.
...moreSingle Pole Isolator
Isolators are used to make sure that an electrical circuit can be completely de-energized for service or maintenance. Such switches are often found in electrical distribution and industrial applications where machinery must have its source of driving power removed for adjustment or repair. High-voltage isolation switches are used in electrical substations to allow isolation of apparatus such as circuit breakers and transformers, and transmission lines, for maintenance. The major difference between an isolator and a circuit breaker is that an isolator is an off-load device intended to be opened only after current has been interrupted by some other control device. Features : Conforms to IS 4064. Low watt loss. Low power consumption. Easy to mount in switchboards. Switch disconnectors for manual operation.
Type : Isolator
Material : Plastic
Application : Insulators Uses
Color : White
Feature : Electrical Porcelain, Proper Working
...moreChange Over Switch
Change Over Switch:- Moving contact treminals are made of electrolytic copper, Tin Plated in knife shape blade type with self cleaning action during operation. The fixed contact terminals in each phase have separate main and arcing contacts for longer contact life, increase of current carrying capacity and to ensure temperature rise with in permissible limits. The operating handle is made of steel and is provided on the right hand side of the switch enclosure. Door interlock ensures the door cannot to be opened when the switch is in ON position thereby providing safety. Range : 16A to 630A, 240V/415V, DP/TP/Four Pole/ Knife Type Features : Conventional side handle operated switches suitable for individual mounting for OFF LOAD applications. Quick make and Quick break mechanism. Copper alloy used for moving current carrying parts with tin plated. Switch Power from one source to the other source with reliability, safety and positively. 320 Amps. and above rating are provided with central back side connection provision. Ample space for aluminium / copper cabling. High class insulation provided. SMC & epoxy glass material used in high range of changeover switches.
