Used for roof, wall and water tank insulation. Usage Instructions : Mix Exfoliated Vermiculite with the cement in the ratio of 1:6 at the site. Then lay the mixture in the average thickness of 75mm on the top of RCC slab, Steel deck, ACC sheet, and domes. Allow the laid material to dry and set for 3-4 days. After drying it will form an uncompressed light weight slab. Thereafter the process of final terracing can be done on the top of the Geosis Vermiculite slab. Silkastic sealant 450h is 2-comp specially formulated polyurethane waterproof coatings system. The above data is for plain surface, for uneven and rough surface the consumption will be more. Instructions for use : substrate quality :the cementitious substrate should be sound and of sufficient strength (min. 25 n/mm2). Minimum pull-off strength 1.5 n/mm2. Free from grease, oil and contaminationsubstrate preparation :all dust, loose and friable materials and glaze or varnish of tiles must be completely removed by mechanical means. Existing coatings have to be inspected, cleaned and mechanically ground to achieve a sound, gripping substrate. In case of bad adhesion to the substrate, existing coatings have to be removed. The uneven surface should be properly treated by suitable sika material to get a plain surface.substrate temperature :min. Substrate temperature: +8oc (min. +3oc above the dew point)max. Not suitable for wet or damp surfacepriming :prime the prepared substrate with sikalastic®450h primer after mixing two components of the primer. Mixing ratio of the primer comp.a:comp.b= 100 :11 by wt. The material should be applied within 30 minutes after mixingmixing :sikalastic®450h is supplied in pre measured packs. Mix component a mechanically for 2 minutes to break any settlement without introducing air in the material. To this add component b completely and mix for 3 minutes. Again ensure that no air is introduced due to mixingapplication :apply 1st coat of the mixed material by notch trowel on the primed surface. Do not spoil the dry surface while walking on it for application. Material should be applied within the workable time of sikalastic®450h. After 24 hours apply the 2nd coat of sikalastic®450h following the same above procedure. Allow the final coating to air cure.cleaning :clean all tools immediately after application with sika thinner dscuring :allow the applied membrane to cure for 7 days without any disturbance
