46 mm thick composite metal fire doors of 60/120 minutes fire rating (ncb technology). 46 mm thick steel check door f 60/120 minutes fire rating confirming to bs :476 part 22 and is:3614 part ii fabricated with 2 nos 1. 2 mm thick galvanized sheet with infill of fire rated acrylic sealant and non-combustible core bonded to both faces of sheets with lock seam joints at stile edged and internal reinforcement at top, bottom and stile edges for fire rating. The doorframes are manufactured from 1. 6mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed from to double rebate profile of size 143mm into 57mm. The door frames and door shutter are finished with 'h' primer.  

Ozone Metal Fire Doors are tested for 2 hours fire rating by CBRI, Roorkee. All Fire Doors are factory finished with epoxy primer and polyurethane-finish paint as per size.
