Film made of bopp polyester & pet. With extrusion-coated eva on one side of the film, allowing the adherence to the support to be laminated through heat.

Printing The coating will enhance the bonding with ink. The advantage of using coated polyester is to avoid oxidisation . As the metallized film contains aluminium and when it will come in contact with moisture it will become oxide. The best printing method is UV. Small qty can be produced on Offset by using polybond ink and paying special attention on drying. Special care should be taken on stacking so that the ink is not transferred. Besides general pattern Hologram can be made in customized pattern. Hologram Hologram effect can be one D, Two D, Three D, Dot matrix, Digital and Kinetic or combination of these.
