This is used specially for MIG Welding. This set comprises of three phase - 415V Input Supply, wire feeder, CO2 assembly and MIG Torch. Following models are available in this: A: RM400: This is suitable for up to 1.2 mm MIG Wire, A: RM600: This is suitable for up to 1.6 mm MIG Wire.

Used to remove dampness from the welding electrodes as moisture in electrode adversely affects quality of welding. In 'ARCON' electrode drying ovens, high quality heaters, German thermostats and Digital Temperature Controllers are used to ensure longer life of these ovens. Also high quality insulation is used leading to low heat loss and hence quicker drying of electrode. Following are the different models available: A-HQTS5: This is portable oven suitable for up to 5 kgs electrode and comes with temperature controller thermostat.

Used as a medium for supplying power from a welding machine to the work being done. ISI approved. Available in both aluminium and copper conductor in sizes ranging from 16 mm2 to 120 mm2. Both copper and aluminium cables are available in TRS as well as HOFR insulation. Moulding process, used to manufacture these cables, ensures longer life of cable.

Used to carry gases from cylinders to their place of use. ISI approved. Highly durable. Non-porous which prevents loss of valuable gas. Separate hose is available for LPG and Oxygen gas and the same should not be interchanged. ARCON also provides dual hose pipe where both LPG hose pipe and oxygen hose pipe are joined together using special material. This reduces the effort of the personnel to carry two separate hose pipes for two gases. Also eliminates the kink problem.

Used to provide protection to the eyes, ears, face, neck and part of top of the head of the user during welding and cutting process. Can be worn on head using the ratchet system provided in it. In these helmets, polycarbonate lens is provided instead of glass which ensures greater visibility and longer life.

All the straight lengths are embossed with grades. Different grades are available as per requirement of the client: G1B1050: This is pure aluminium (99.97% aluminium) and is used for welding of aluminium and aluminium constructions. NG214043: This is aluminium alloy with 5% silicon and is used for welding AlSi alloy with Si content up to 6% NG24047: This is aluminium alloy with 10% silicon. This is high fluidity material with good finish and strong joints. NG65356: This is aluminium alloy with 5% magnesium and is used for welding of AlMg alloys for container, automobiles industry and ship building.

These torches are manufactured indigenously. These are used during MIG Welding process. 'ARCON' torch comes with neoprene rubber hose instead of PVC hose (which is currently used in most of the cables). Neoprene rubber is more resistant to heat and hence ensures higher flexibility and longer life. Also these torches have been made with special focus on spare parts to ensure their longer life. Also we ensure that there is regular supply of spare parts of these torches.

In this series, there are two types of regulators: Single Gauge: Showing only inlet pressure Double Gauge: Showing both inlet and outlet pressure Comes with German make 'WIKA' pressure gauges which are highly accurate.
