Depending on the user requirements, these pipes are available in 3 meters and 6 meters length. These are manufactures in white/off white colour. These pipes can be threaded on site and provide good compatibility with the existing GI fittings. Alternatively, these pipes can be supplied without theads and can be used with ASTM fittings with standard solvent cement jointing.

POLYPACK uPVC are manufactured as per IS 4985. These pipes are manufactured in various pressure classes starting from 2.5 kgs /cm2 to 10 kg /cm2 Depending on the user requirements, these pipes are available in 3 meters and 6 meters length. A full range of fittings is also available with us to completement these pipes.

The pipes are manufactured in conformance to IS:12818 and subjected to all tests as specified in the standards. The pipes are manufactured in light blue colour. Depending on the application and the depth of the borewell these pipes are available in two classes - CS and CM CS or "Casing Shallow" is primarily for borewells upto 80m deep while CM or Casing Medium is for borewell greater than 80 meters. These pipes are complemented by POLYPACK FILTER pipes. These pipes are used in conjuction with the casing pipes to allow water from the surrounding to fall into the bore. These filter pipes have fine slits made by fully automatic slitting machines to ensure uniformity and tickness of the slots.

POLYPACK SWR Pipes are manufactured as per IS:13592. These pipes are dark grey in colour and are manufactured in 3 mtrs standard length .   These pipes are supplied with an EPDM lip seal ring to ensure that the joints are leakproof. These pipes are manufactured in two classes - Type "A" and Type "B" as per the IS Standards. SWR fittings a complete range of injection moulded fittings for "Soil Waste and Drainage" These fittings are manufactured in accordance to IS:14735. Each of these fittings are supplied with a sealing ring. This sealing ring ensures that the joints in the SWR system are leak proof and the the same time can be opened easily for inspection cleaning.

Our conduits are 100% Unplasticized - Which means that these conduits can with stand prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat without loss of strength or shape. This ensures that the conduits have a long service life. This unplasticized nautre makes our conduits non-supporter of combustion. In the unfortunate event of a short circuit - this characteristics greatly reduces the spread of fire. We manufacture a all sizes of conduits from 19mm to 50mm in light, medium and heavy mechnanical strength.

These pipes are available in 2 pressure classes - SDR-11 and SDR 13.5. SDR-11 being suited to high pressure applications is most commonly used in most plumbing applications today. These pipe are gauranteed corrosion free, light, easy to install and long lasting. These pipes are manufactured as per IS:15778 and comply with the most stringent of specifications.

These fittings are also made to the same exacting standards as the CPVC pipes. This ensures that the entire system is capable of handling both hot and cold water without failure of any component. These fitting are corrosion resistant and can withstand high temperature for a long duration.
