Zirconia Mullite (ZIRMUL) is manufactured by fusing Calcined Alumina and Zircon sand. It is used in manufacturing refractories. Fused Mullite-Zirconia has a high thermal shock resistance which results in a product with excellent resistance to deformation under load.

White Fused Mullite is a blend of Calcined Alumina and high purity Silica Sand fused under controlled conditions. It has low porosity, high melting point, excellent thermal stability, low reversible thermal expansion, high resistance to thermal shock and chemical corrosion at high temperatures.

White Fused Alumina is a high purity, synthetic mineral, manufactured by fusing pure grade Calcined Alumina and additives. OAL follows strict control over quality of raw materials and fusion parameters.

Mortars are basically finely ground refractory materials, which become plastic when mixed with water. These are used to bond the brickwork into solid unit, to provide cushion between the slightly irregular surfaces of the brick, to fill up spaces created by a deformed shell, and to make a wall gas-tight to prevent penetration of slag into the joints.

OAL offers wide range of high Alumina low cement castables with Alumina content from 45% - 95% which operates at service temperature 1400°C to 1800°C. High PCE and high strengths, high abrasion resistance and low level of impurities are its unique features.

High Alumina Refractory Cement (HARB) is manufactured from Calcined Alumina and high purity lime. It is used as a binder for all types of castable refractories. OAL offers two ranges; HARB 70 and HARB 50 with minimum alumina content of 70% and 50% respectively.

OAL produces wide range of high & medium purity conventional castable with Alumina content from 30% - 97% which operates at Service Temperature 1000⁰C - 1850 ⁰C.

Calcined Bauxite is obtained by calcining (heating) superior grade Bauxite at high temperature (from 850 °C to 1600 °C). This removes moisture thereby increasing the alumina content.

Brown fused alumina is manufactured by fusing high quality Calcined Bauxite and additives. It is a hard and tough material, used in manufacturing of grinding wheels (both vitrified and resin bonded) and coated products. These grains are also used in shot blasting as polishing media.
