We have worked with some of the country’s largest paper mills, who have benefited vastly from our paper conversion services and have repeatedly entrusted their paper sheeting process to us. Over the years, our paper sheeting service has helped clients greatly reduce costs and wastage.

We plan to manufacture premium quality, high strength paper cores, paper tubes and core pipes with Inner Diameter (ID) ranging from 30mm to 400mm and up to 20mm thick.

We are offering corrugated boxes. The parent unit, situated at 9-a, new industrial area, faridabad, is involved in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard boxes, storage boxes, shipping boxes, cartons, printed corrugated boxes and other allied products. The products are mainly used for corrugated packaging, custom packaging and packing purposes. The products have been supplied to ms. Orient fans, (prop. Orient paper & industries ltd.), ms dabur india ltd., ms hamdard (wakf.) laboratories and other reputed companies for over 25 years on regular basis.

To strengthen relationships with its customers in the paper industry, Orient Packagings Ltd. is setting up a Paper Tube plant at our works in Saharanpur, UP.We plan to manufacture premium quality, high strength paper cores, paper tubes and core pipes with Inner Diameter (ID) ranging from 30mm to 400mm and up to 20mm thick.

We are offering ferric alum. Alum is essentially aluminium sulphate with empirical formula al2 (so4)3.18ho. It is of two types (i) ferric and (ii) non ferric. Ferric alum is a less pure form of aluminum sulphate. It is used in lower grades of paper for loading and sizing purposes. Ferric alum uses bauxite as the raw material. The raw material is cooked with sulphuric acid under suitable conditions. The resultant product is sold in liquid form.

Non ferric alum is a purer form of aluminum sulphate. It is used in better grades of paper for loading and sizing purposes. Non ferric alum is manufactured from aluminium trihydrate whereas ferric alum uses bauxite as the raw material. The raw material is cooked with sulphuric acid under suitable conditions. The resultant product is cooled in suitable moulds to slabs. It is available both, in solid and in liquid forms. At orient packagings ltd. We have both products.
