Orifice Plate are used extensively for Industrial Flow Measurement and can be used for clean liquids, Steam and gases application. The Orifice Plate are designed as per BS 1042IS Standards and the accuracy is 12 to 1% .These can be supplied withwithout matching flanges and Carrier ring.The Plate is machined from SS 304SS 316Monel. Flanges can also be of different material like ASTM A 105, A 182, SS 304, SS 316 and Monel. The Flange rating may be 150#300#600# or more as per customer's and process requirement.Specifications:

Concentric Bore: For standard fluid condition an Orifice Plate would have a centrally located orifice bore Eccentric Bore: The orifice would be set off center and tangent to the bottom inside line I.D. to allow heavy solid or sluries to flow through the orifice. Also used when the Orifice bore is less than 1" in diameter and the line require vent od drain hole. Quadrant Bore: The quadrant bored orifies plate has a quarter round upstream edge and is designed for viscosity flows with Reynolds Number below 10,000
