Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of Crimped Wire Mesh, marketed under Snake® Brand since ages. Pre-crimped or Double-crimped Weave Styles of Wire Cloth Weaving. In the pre-crimping process, wire is first formed (crimped) in precision machines using rotary dies that precisely define the spacing of the wires and insure that the wires will lock firmly together at the intersections. The pre-crimped wires are then assembled in custom designed assembly machines (looms). When open area is important. Extra crimps between the intersections provide a more rigid weave and provide locking and tightness for light wires in relation to the large openings. Pre-crimped wire cloth has very accurate openings and is woven much tighter than plain weave. The RAZOR EDGE CONCERTINA COILS or PUNCHEDTAPE CONCERTINA WIRE COILS are spirals consisting of a sharp-edged tape crimped to a spring steel core wire duly galvanized against rusting. Each turn of the concertina coil has a series of sharp edges (barbs) all along its length at regular intervals. It has approximately 160 barbs per running meters which is three times that of conventional barbed. RBT/PTCC security fencing are highly effective, and hence is very difficult to cross over. Low brass is the most popular brass alloy for wire cloth screens. With an analysis of 80% copper and 20% zinc, low brass offers good resistance to corrosion like copper although its electrical and thermal conductivity are lower. The tensile property of brass screen is higher than those of copper with some sacrifice in formability. Brass resists atmospheric corrosion, water and many salt water solutions. A high percentage of zinc makes it stronger and more durable than copper and bronze.
