A Thermowell is a protective enclosure for Temperature Gauges and Temperature Sensors ( Inserts), which enhance the life of the Inserts from the corrosive and abrasive( harsh) service conditions at the installation point without affecting the performance of the Temperature Sensors or Gauges. A Thermowell allows the temperature sensor to be removed and replaced without compromising either the ambient region or the process. Using Bar Bar Stock Flanged Bar Stock Threaded Bar Stock Weld In   Using Pipe & Bar Fabricated Flanged Fabricated Threaded Fabricated Weld In Bar Stock Thermowells are offered for Insertion Lengths up to 600mm as a Standard. Insertion Lengths can also be provided up to 900mm in Bar Stock if required. Fabricated Thermowells are generally preferred for Insertion Lengths above 600mm. We have a IN HOUSE Wake Frequency Calculator , in accordance with ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2010 for determining the Insertion Length and the Type of Construction best suited for the Process Parameters as required by the Client. Our extensive internal database, on material selection, for the Thermowells ,assist us in recommending and suggesting a suitable MOC for the product which will bring out the Optimum performance of the Thermowells under the process parameters and different types of Process Fluids. We also offer Thermowells with Sleeves, Coatings and Linings customized to suit the Client’s requirements. Thermowells with more than one material as MOC can also be offered for minimizing cost and improving the efficiency, response and longetivity of the Thermowell under harsh and corrosive conditions.

Float shoe is provided with a differential valve. This kind of design maintains constant differential pressure between inside and outside of the casing because of entry of fluid through the bottom of the casing. It is ready to be running in hole. This type of filling action reduces running time of casing and reduces surge pressure on formations.

PUF materials are suitable for temperature range between -200°C to +110°C. PIR Slabs & Pipe Sections are suitable for use between -200°C to +145°C. It has low thermal conductivity value of maximum 0.021 w/mk at 10°C. It is not easily ignitable and has negligible water permeability. It is suitable for cold / chilled pipelines, building roof & wall insulation, equipment insulation and horton sphere insulation. PIR is suitable for LNG pipe insulation.
