It is an air pollution control device. It captures the excess floating painlacquer particles & relatively clean it by water or fiber glass during painting.

The Scrubber is the most important device to control of gaseous smoke pollutants from stack (i.e.) Unburn carbon , sulphur, nitrogen, Halogen components etc.) The principle mechanism is impacting of dust fumes particleson the water (Liquid) droplets created by nozzles venturi, It is also suitable to collect hot , heavy & fine dust which is not soluble in water.

Polvent water evaporating type cooling system is one of the most reliable & efficient by which the atmospheric air gets cool and pumped into the department through GI duct. & Grills. Due to negative pressure created by the fan the atmospheric air enter through pre-filter into the cooling media (may be spary type or pad type). Where the air gets cool near to wet bulb temperature of water adiabatic. Further the cool air pumped into the department through GI dict & double deflection Grill with volume control damper.

Working Principle : It has an impeller mounted in a scroll type housing called casing. The impeller is turned either by the direct drive by an electrical motor or implying pulleys & belts.Thus a centrifugal force is created. It provides the necessary energy to move the airgas inside the scroll at inlet & radially out through the outlet.

Polvent Axial Flow Fan is capable to deliver large volum of air at relatively low static pressure. The Fan has a sturdy construction of MS Cylindrical casing & cast aluminium alloy impeller with AERO-FOIL, Section blades dully statically & dynamically balanced, suitable to direct mounting on motor shaftbearing supported shaft.Here , AirGas passes throughparallel to the fan shaft Axis.
