Polymac leak tester equipment is designed for testing for the leakage of spin-on filter from the seaming of housing. Also can be checked the end cap for inserts and the over all length of the filter can be accommodated upto 300 mm. the principal of the equipment is when compressed air is passed through filter cartridges it would take the path of least resistance and if there is any leakage in seaming of spin-on joint, the compressed air will try to get out of such leakage portion and you will witness water bubble on the tank.

The Polymac Range of Conventional Rotary Pleating Machines offer very high speed production. The Rotary Pleaters are generally dedicated machines and recommended where there are high volume production requirements in a given specific filter size and pleat depth. Rotary Pleaters are generally built to customer's specifications (width, capacity, and pleat depth). While the machines are not adjustable with regard to pleat sizes, the pleat size can be changed by changing the set of pleating rollers. Rollers are available in various sizes and can accommodate a pleat size, range of 15 mm to 100 mm.

POLYTHANE is a two component Polyurethane based formulation for use in various filter applications. It is available in two grades. 1. Adhesive grade for bonding of sheet metal end caps to filter paper- pleated packs for entire range of air, fuel, oil and hydraulic filter applications. It is resistant to heat, fuel and oil. 2. Moulding grade is used for the manufacture of end disc for air filters and other compact sealing lips. It can be supplied in any desired color. 3. Polythane sets in ambient temperature.

We offer pore size testing apparatus. This apparatus is used for determining maximum and mean pore size of the filter paper as also air permeability or air resistance of the filter papers and other similar media. Pore size and air permeability are most important characteristics for filtration media. The equipment is supplied without a compressor, which is an optional extra. Tester is made complete to iso standards.

This model of Polymac Pleating Machine has essentially been designed for production of parellel accordian type pleats on filter media i.e., impregnated filter paper, glass fiber (HEPA Filters) synthetic media, various types of stainless steel, wire mesh as also combination of fabric and wire mesh duly stitched together. It can also pleat paper, card board, copper, aluminium and other metallic foils as may be required. This Polymac Pleating machine is capable of also pleating multilayered media i.e., fabric and wire mesh, multiple layes of filter papers, etc.

The Polymac Perforation Press has roller feed arrangement for continuous automatic feeding and perforation of paper board, outer wrapper sheet, or sheet metal. Perforation dies can be offered to suit any perforating material in reels or coils and in any desired pattern.

POLYSOL is a polyvinyl chloride based single component moulding grade formulation recommended for the manufacturer of air filter moulded end caps. It is easily removed from the mould. It can be supplied in any desired color. Polysol requires heat curing. Available in 30kg and 250kg capacity drum packing.

This pneumatic equipment is designed for leak testing of liquid flow filter cartridges. It comprises of a series of manifold pipes to suit filter cartridge fitment. The inlet air supply is controlled through regulators so as to permit airflow at desired preset pressure. These cartridges are manufactured from imported impregnated cellulose or synthetic blend filter media. These filter media is pleated in filter paper pleating machine, specially designed by our engineering division to create mechanical pleat separators for maintaining equal space between two pleats. The pleated media stack is supported by expanded metal outer retainer and zinc plated perforated inner retainer to bring stability in filter paper stack. Further to establish rigidity and stabilisation in completed filter cartridge, specially developed adhesive is applied on two end caps and outer surface of the cartridge. POLYMAC Motorised Decoiler is a necessity for convenient filter paper feed specifically with the jumbo size reels into Pleating Machine etc. Our standard Motorised Decoiler comes with a brake and lateral web alignment arrangement along with a composite stand for holding filter paper reels upto 1,200 mm. the width is dependent on the working width of the other equipment. The Polymac In-Line Slitter trims the edges of the filter paper reels to the extent as required and the intermediate perforated the paper. Thus after it is pleated, it can be conveniently broken along the perforation to the required filter size. This enable optimum capacity usage particularly of the POLYMAC Blade Type Pleater. These are available in five models to suit the standard Polymac PMBP Pleating Machine range.
