A cable consists of two main parts the Conductor and the Insulation. Conductors for Cables are drawn from electrolytic grade Copper Aluminium to ensure compliance with global standards . Annealed conductors are bunched together on custom built heavy duty bunching machines to impart concrete shape to the conductor. Solid & Bunched conductors are insulated on ultra modern extrusion machines with high technology P.V.C. Compound, which ensures extra flexibility, ideally suited for conduit & concealed wiring. To manufacture multicore cables, the insulated cores are laid up to form a concentric shape. Inner cores are coded for identification as per National International coding system or as per customer's specifications. Outer sheathing is also provided with special soft PVC compound to minimize chances of electrical failures which may cause damage to expensive appliances, instruments & machinery etc.

The construction of conductor is also made according to customer specification. Insulation PVC insulations & other insulations like, Fr PVC / FRLS PVC / Hr PVC / Zero halogen 7 Teflon (PTFE) with HR PVC. Type A PVC compound suitable for PVC insulation confirming to IS : 694 : 1990 FR PVC insulation has fire retardant properties. It restricts the spread of fire. FRLS PVC insulation has better fire retardant properties & also emits low smoke, in case of fire. HR PVC Insulation HR PVC Insulation ensures insulation stability at conductor temperature of 85 C & 105c, in case of HR85 & HR 105 PVC insulation respectively. Zero Halogen Insulation zero halogen insulation provides better flame retardant properties then HR & FRLS. Zero halogen required > 300 o C temperature to catch fire (with 1% Oxygen).
