<p>PLATE CLEANER GP is a premium, general-purpose, emulsion plate cleaner and conditioner suitable for CtP and analog plates.<br /><br /><strong>Features &amp; Benefits :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Rapidly removes scum / ink from the plates. Cleans both, image and non-image areas.</li> <li>Good ink solvency for fast ink removal and cleaning of even dried ink.</li> <li>Stable emulsion enables minimum wastage when used directly from a squeeze bottle.</li> <li>Sufficiently thick and viscous to be used on localised application without spreading or running down the plate cylinder.</li> <li>Does not attack image areas during the cleaning process when properly buffed down.</li> <li>Desensitises the cleaned non-image area and prevents further scum.</li> <li>Easily removed with water.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>Usage Instructions :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Shake the bottle well and apply to plate surface with a damp sponge.</li> <li>Wash off the residue with a damp sponge and continue printing.</li> <li>PlateCleaner GP REGULER can be used for washing away ink from the plates prior to storage procedure and during the routine plate cleaning operation.</li> <li>It is compatible for use with non-sensitised plates as well. Shake the bottle well before use, and then apply the solution with a sponge in the affected areas.</li> <li>For best results, use on damp plate.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>Storage &amp; Handling :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area.</li> <li>Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based cleaners.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>Precautions :</strong> Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. PlateCleaner GP should not be left on the image areas without buffing down for prolonged periods. Post wash-up with water ensures best results.</p>

How to use :Dose 5% —8% (50-80 ml per litre) with clean water to eliminate the use of IPA completely. Adjust dilution to suit the water condition and press requirements. Precaution : Wash with soap and water thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If in Eyes : Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Shake well before use. Close container.
