Temperature Transmitter
A temperature transmitter is an electrical instrument that interfaces a temperature sensor (e.g. thermocouple, RTD, or thermistor) to a measurement or control device (e.g. PLC, DCS, PC, loop controller, data logger, display, recorder, etc.). Typically, temperature transmitters isolate, amplify, filter noise, linearize, and convert the input signal from the sensor then send (transmit) a standardized output signal to the control device. Common electrical output signals used in manufacturing plants are 4-20mA or 0-10V DC ranges. For example, 4mA could represent 0°C and 20mA means 100°C.

Piezoelectric Charge Amplifier
The PCA-100 charge amplifier converts the charge-based signal from a piezoelectric transducer into a current or a voltage signal. This current or voltage signal is transmitted to the processing electronics via a standard 2-wire or 3-wire transmission cable. The current modulation technique allows transmission over a distance of up to 1 km. A galvanic separation unit is required for this configuration . The electronic circuitry of the PCA-100 signal conditioner is incor-porated into an aluminium enclosure. The charge amplifier provides high-pass and low-pass filters and an optional integrator to give a velocity output. Fur-thermore, RFI filters protect the input and output against radio-frequency interferences and other elec-tromagnetic influences.

Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor
The hermetic sealed industrial piezoelectric accelerometer PAS-101 is designed to monitor the vibration in harsh industrial environment. It uses the industry standard ®ICP 2-wire voltage transmission technic with a 4 mA minimum constant current supply. Signal ground is isolated from the mounting surface and outer case to prevent ground loops. Faraday shielding will limit sensitivity to ESD to a minimum. Annular shear mode design prevents from thermal transient and from spurious signal from high transverse vibrations. Low noise electronic and temperature compensated design will ensure accurate results over the complete temperature range. The sensor provides a voltage output proportional to the vibration acceleration across the two transmission wires. The DC standing voltage is used for OK detection and the dynamic voltage for vibration monitoring.

Partial Discharge Monitoring
he partial discharge monitoring and analysis system with a true color LCD display showing all the necessary information for the commissioning and surveillance of high voltage rotating machines. The noise gating channel and variable LP Filter allows to separate noise from the pd signals. The TMSshows locally actual partial discharge level for every individual channel (phase) on a bargraph, Realtime Partial Discharge Activities in Oscilloscope View as well as a colorised phase resolved partial discharge pattern. The touch functionality of the LCD display allows to parametrise, store and visualise the partial discharge signals without the use of any computer. Partial Discharge Couplers
The 1000pF coupling capacitor is a sensor used for online and offline partial discharge measurements on rotating machines. The sensor will be usually installed at the busbar or on the high voltage terminals of the rotating machine. Magnetic Field Transducer
The very thin sensor’s head design allows mounting in the air gap of generators and electrical motors. A novel sensor chip in the probe entirely eliminates influences from DC magnetic field components other than the one measured (Y-axis), so that even for strong nonuniform fields no planar Hall effect leads to errors in the output voltage. The transducer consists of a sensor’s head with integral flexible cable of 10 meters connected to a conditioning unit.

Linearized Velocity Sensor
The M3 version is equivalent to the standard version except it is equipped with a push-pull connector, so the extension cable can be detached during installation. Linearized proximity probe
The sensor is designed with integrated linearization electronic in order to ensure excellent linearity and active temperature compensation. The built-in oscillator tuned above 750kHz ensures measurement with minimal magnetic run out effect. The PPT-280 can be used either for measurement between 0.2mm and 2.2mm or 0.2mm and 4.2mm. The voltage output is directly proportional to the measured distance between the metal target and the sensor tip. The sensor can be powered either with -24V or +24V depending on configuration or ordering code. The embedded sensor head is resistant to shock. The sealed body is resistant to oil and water on both sides of the sensor. Optional configuration kit (software, cable and USB adapter) allows to setup measuring range, power supply type (+24V or –24V) and target material and to perform on-site recalibration.
