It has smooth and effortless plunger movement for bubble free dispensing. Piston : The specially well designed PTFE piston with silicone O-ring ensures smooth and effortless piston movement and high accuracy. It has five adaptors to fit in most of the laboratory reagent bottles. The respective size of standard thread is 30mm. The various values of Adaptors are as follows : 28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, and 45mm. It prevents any unwanted droplet on the work space due to the associated nozzle cap.  It is easy to dis-assemble for the purpose of cleaning and servicing. Its Glass Barrel is protected by a polypropylene sleeve. It assures no glass splitting in case of any accidental breakage. Valve Manifold :  The specifically designed, single piece PTFE valve manifold in the premium model ensures excellent reproducibility. It is fully autoclavable at 121oC , 15psi therefore there is no need to disburse the instrument for autoclaving. Its has screw type volume adjustment knob system with large pointer for the assurance of precise and easy quick volume adjustment.
