  ENCLOSURE • F.R.P . / Cast Aluminium / Sheet Metal Enclosure with IP-54/IP-55/IP-65 Degree of Protection • Enclosure door will be bolted type.All components except the Push button / Selector Switch operating knobs will be base mounted. The cutout for ammeter will be covered with clear glass. • Padlocking facility for the Stop Push button can be provided on the front plate if specified. • Neoprene Gasket will be provided. TERMINALS Clip on/ Cage Clamp/ Cat M3 type terminals blocks suitable for connection of 1.5/2.5/4 mm sq.aluminium copper conductors. Terminal design ensure vibration-proof connections. Terminals for each push button to be brought out separately into the terminal chamber.MAKE : ELMEX / CONNECTWELL./ PHONIX / WAGO. MOUNTING All Push Button Stations will have four external lugs for fixing.The lugs shall be offset type to facilitate correct positioning. in case of FRP Enclosure mounting Lugs will be duly hot dip galvanised. EARTHING Enclosure of Local Control Stations will be provided with 1 or 2 nos. External earthing terminals , each complete with 2 plain and one spring washer and a nut. These can also be provided with Mushroom Head Stayput type with or without Latching Mushroom Head Key Lockable Type Ø22.5mm range have been considered for all Push Button Station. However , Ø30.5mm Push Buttons can also be provided on request. CT secondary rating .All ammeterwill be Industrial grade accuracy and will have a basic range of 0-1/6 with suppressed scale calibration will be as per data sheets. Size 2.5 mm sq. / 4mm sq./10mm sq. Requisite space is provided between gland plate and terminals.
