More economical than aluminum booms, these heavy duty 700 series jibs utilize rugged steel ZRS3 rail, formed from 9 gauge steel for an easy moving boom up to 20 ft (6 m) long with 220 degree rotation. The boom features a running surface with less then 1% rolling resistance and is powder coated for a smooth, clean, corrosive-free surface. For custom jibs, low profile jibs, or portable pallet base mounts, consult the factory. Air and electric supply packages are sold separately. Stud anchors or bolts are to be supplied by the customer. The units perform best when the item being lifted weighs less than 300 lb (136 kg), but higher capacities are achievable. Ingersoll Rand vacuum handling devices are pneumatically controlled and come standard with a safety interlock so loads can not be dropped during transfer.
