Rebar Grouting is done in areas that require more support than a point anchor bolt can give. The rebar used is of similar size as an anchor bolt but does not have an expansion shell. Once the hole for the rebar is drilled, quick curing high-performance hybrid mortar comprising epoxy resin, cement and hardener is injected in the hole through a static mixer. The rebar bolt is installed after the resin. As the resin hardens it tightens the rebar bolt holding the rock together.   Features : Resin grouted rebar is considered a permanent ground support with a lifespan of 20-30 years. Cost effective   Applications : Broad range of applications in concrete, brickwork or masonry, and aerated cement. Rebar grouting products are available for use on wet surfaces as well as in dry conditions. The grouting method is used in fixing of steel constructions, railings, hand-rails, consoles, ladders, cable trays, staircases, window elements, high racks, canopies, and stand-off installations.
