We produce & Import Remelted Lead Ingots Blocks, which contains about 97-99% Lead Metal with remaining Impurity Elements (Total 2-3%) as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper, Silver etc. This is commercially called as 'Raw Lead or Lead Bullion', which is further processed to Pure Lead (99.97 purity) and or Specific Lead Alloys. Remelted Lead Ingots is being produced by Smelting Operation done in Blast Furnace Rotary Furnace. India considered as one of the biggest Importer of this product.

Pure Lead Ingot will be produced from Raw Lead Bullion Remelted and Secondary Lead Ingots Lead Scraps through Pyro-metallurgical process. Refining process produces pure lead ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97 %.by weight.

Pure Lead Ingots are produced from Raw Lead Bullions/ Remelted Lead Ingots/ Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps through Pyro Metallurgical process. Our refining process produces Pure Lead Ingots with a purity level of 99.97% to 99.985% by weight. Our Plant is having four Refining Kettles with capacity of 30 MT, 16 MT, 10 MT and 7 MT. Automatic Ingot Casting Machine casts 10 MT ingots per hour and ensures Dross-Free, smooth top surface and uniform weight of each ingot.

Our Alloying Plant is capable of producing all kinds of Lead Alloys i.e. Antimonial, Calcium, Selenium, Copper, Tin, Arsenic etc. We have Alloying Kettles of various capacities ranging from 7-30 tones per batch. They are fitted with high efficiency furnace oil burners equipped with preheating arrangements. Emissions control is achieved by a flexible kettle hood venting into a venturi scrubber attached to an ID fan along with a chimney/stack arrangement. Emissions are regularly monitored to ascertain that they strictly fall within the allowable limits.

Lead is used in various part of life directly and indirectly. It's biggest use in batteries specially in Lead acid battery world wide. It is also used in ammunition (bullets and shot), in pipes, cable, Lead sheet and others. The use of Lead sheet in construction and Lead cable sheathing in communications Ammunition and Metallic Lead is consumed in the manufacture of ammunition, bearing metals, and other Lead products, with subsequent Lead emissions. Lead used in the manufacture of ammunition is melted and alloyed before it is cast, sheared, extruded, swaged, or mechanically worked. Some Lead is also reacted to form Lead aside, a detonating agent. Lead is used in bearing manufacture by alloying it with copper, bronze, antimony, and tin, although Lead usage in this category is relatively small. Other Lead products include tern metal (a plating alloy), weights and ballasts, caulking Lead, plumbing supplies, roofing materials, casting metal foil, collapsible metal tubes, and sheet Lead. Lead is also used for galvanizing, annealing, and plating. In all of these cases Lead is usually melted and cast prior to mechanical forming operations.
