We are offering traveling block wheel assemblies, wheel blocks : wheels blocks are fabricated from is 2062 steels. These blocks are accurately fabricated & machined to achieve required parallelism & perpendicularity of the wheels. An adapter plate is provided for welding of distance pieces to obtain required wheel base. The distance pieces can be either standard rolled channel iron or fabricated box. After fixing the distance piece these wheel blocks become end-carriages for cranes or can be used for any other mechanical engineering usage. There is a mechanism by which mis-alignment is taken care of

We are offering low headroom cranes. Reva low head room crane as the name suggests has been designed to have lower headrooms, and more hook approaches. So client saves on the building costs by reducing heights of the building and can cover more floor area.

The cranes operate at lower height than the overhead crane with a lift in the range of 3 to 5 meters. The lifting capacity could be in the range of .5 Tonnes to 10 Tonnes (Higher lifts or capacities can also be supplied). The jib cranes are very versatile in handling materials to and from machining bays, small part assembly shops, hammer/press shops and repair bays etc. Compared to overhead cranes, which are meant for handling heavier and bulky materials, the jib cranes are very useful for faster operation. They can be hand operated also but, electrically operated cranes with electric wire rope hoists, are the order of the day for increasing the production. Jib cranes require lesser investment than overhead cranes.The capital cost aside, the running and maintenance costs are much less as the jib crane parameters can be optimised as per job requirements. REVA is also manufacturing other version of jib cranes called Pillar cranes where materials are handled within a circle. The rotation on the pillar is usually up to 270 degrees but 360 degrees rotation could be provided.

Helical parallel shaft gear reduces up to 1000 center distance in two – four stage, in C.I housings duty, machined on CNC machining centers. Reva’s Helical Gear Boxes are manufactured from hardened and profile ground low carbon alloy steel gears and pinions. Gear boxes are available in wide range of ratings with different configuration.

Reva Goliath cranes are manufactured considering the wind loads and as per the latest IS:800 or equivalent international standards are custom designed. They also are useful in temporary working areas, like construction, where they can dismantled and transferred to the next site or in open areas in the existing premises, where raw material stock is kept or in dispatch areas where finished goods are stored. Gantry cranes, like double girder cranes, are provided with hoisting, cross travel (ie Left Right) and long travel movement, so all 3 axes of movement is possible. If required cantilever arms on single or both sides can also be provided, which can extend beyond the rails of the long travel. The trolley can pass beyond the track and is useful for loading or unloading material.
