Take-Up Pulleys
A take up pulley is mostly required where there is a need to change the conveyor belt direction generally on the slack side of the conveyor. Take up pulley is usually lagged to provide longer belt life it also provides room for adjustment to maintain the necessary slack side belt tension. This type of pulley is usually gravity force adjustable. One piece rolled in all sizes helps to ensure consistent, proper belt tracking stronger pulley with tighter tolerances
...moreTail Pulleys
As the name rightly suggests a tail pulley often located immediately preceding the loading point of the conveyor near the tail side. A tail pulleyis a self driven pulley that moves in tandem with the head pulley of the conveyor driving angular momentum from it. It is engineered to accommodate specific belt tensions for use in critical applications where down time must be minimized. Though very similar to the head end pulley of the conveying system, but the tail end pulley is not attached to a driving mechanism rather it moves with the movement of the conveyor belt which draws power from the head end pulley. The tail pulley is located at the tail end of the conveyor and it turns freely.

...moreSide Guide Rollers
The benefit of using a side guide roller does not often go unappreciated. To keep the belt centered and to train new belts, side guide rollers are used. The location of Side Guide Rollers on the carrying side should be quite distant from the head pulley and then at considerable intervals. Side Guide Rollers in the return run of the belt should be located 10-12 feet ahead of the tail pulley so as to center the belt as it enters the tail pulley. Though the measurement does not necessarily be the same for every usage and can be altered at the time of inception.
...moreSelf Aligning Rollers
For the conveyor belt to run straight, it is essential that the complete loading conditions are properly adjusted time to time so as to correct any tendency of the belt to run off center. The empty returning belt should adjust well and should neatly contact the rollers. For the belt to run smoothly, all pulleys and idlers must be at right angles to the conveyor center line. To avoid any interruptions in the ongoing continuous working cycle arising due to this, a simple installation of the self aligning rollers is needed.
...moreReturn Rollers
Getting its name from the way it functions, return rollers support the empty belt returning from the drive to the feed. To ensure that the dirty side of the belt does not wear away the welded portion return rollers are counter bore welded, also preventing the expose of the sharp end discs that can probably damage the belt.
...moreimpact rollers
Impact Rollers are similar to Carrying Idlers but having a set of rubber rings/ discs changes the way they function. These rubber rings/discs are made of superior grade rubber which is resistant to UV rays and atmospheric gases. They are designed to bear the impact of heavy loads falling from a height. Impact Rollers like Carrying Idlers are also placed on the frame in a set of three to absorb the maximum impact of the falling conveying material. The angle of trough varies according to the size of the belt or is kept as per the customized requirements of the user. The high quality rubber ring around the roller shell is placed tightly so that it never leaves its place. Our impact rollers are designed primarily for heavy impact damping at the loading point of the belt conveyor. The positioning of rubber discs forms an even surface against the belt, thus maintaining good belt condition even under heavy loading. The flexible area of the discs also ensures elasticity during heavy impacts. Having a set of rubber rings/ discs changes the way they function. ...moreHead Drive Pulleys
Head/ Drive pulley is located at the discharge end of the conveyor. It is known for providing driving force to the conveyor. May or may not be the head pulley. Usually it has a larger diameter than other pulleys in the system and is often lagged to increase traction and pulley life. The lagging on this type of pulley is usually hot vulcanized lagging with preferably diamond grooves on the face of the pulley. Alignment of the head/ drive pulley is done keeping in view the speeds that the pulley is rotated at. Alignment is of utmost importance as to prevent the slippage of the conveyor belt from the face of the pulley. Bearing assemblies are provided with the pulley. Heavy construction reduces the likelihood of metal fatigue and pulley failure in severe applications minimizing down-time and maintenance costs. In any mineral processing plant the ore has to be transported and fed to different processing equipments, located at different points at a continuous rate. Conveyor belt helps in serving this purpose. Conveyor belts can be as short as few meters to as long as several kilometers. The Head End Pulley gives motion to the conveyor belt. The driving pulley can be at the head end or at the tail end, depending on the layout of the conveyor, space available and loading conditions. It is the head end where generally the belt discharges the carried material and return for reloading
...moreDrum Pulley
Tightens belt giving more surface contact between belt and pulley face. It is usually located just behind the drive pulley but there is no such rule to use it there and can be fixed also be used at where it can be used at any location. It consists of a rim shell, 2 end discs and 2 shaft locking assemblies. Belt slippage means costly downtime. The use of a snub pulley is one solution. Mounted close to the drive pulley on the return side of the belt, the snub pulley's primary job is to increase the angle of wrap around the drive pulley, thereby increasing traction. Its secondary purpose is to reduce belt tension, which is important in maximizing the conveyor life. The specification of a snub pulley is dependent upon drive horsepower, material characteristics and environmental conditions.
...moreConveyor Rollers
Conveyor Rollers manufactured by us are designed to handle the toughest applications and work environments, while maintaining a high level of operating reliability. The shell is made of M.S. ERW steel tube conforming to IS: 9295 and IS: 1239 standards or of seamless steel pipe if so required. The shell and pressed steel bearing housing is welded by MIG welding process so as to obtain water tight, distortion free weld, which guarantees very strong unit of maximum precision and minimum imbalance. Seals, with low rolling resistance, protect seize resistant ball bearings both internally and externally, which effectively prevent penetration by any contaminants from entering into the bearing. The roller’s long service life reduces operating and maintenance costs. A quality roller is characterized by its effective sealing system. Scrupulous research tests and, above all, the practical plant experience in the most variable environmental situations, has made it possible to develop a particular sealing that guarantees optimum bearing performance. The bearings are lubricated with long life lithium based water repellent grease which offers high stability under tough atmospheric conditions. The quantity of grease is sufficient for the life of the roller eliminating lubrication and maintenance costs.
