This is a semi-batch unit designed for solid-liquid extraction as a means of separation. The solid to be extracted is put inside a glass fiber bag and is placed in the extraction vessel. Solvent in the reactor is boiled and condensed, and passed to the extraction vessel, from where extract is mixed with the solvent and passes to the reboiler. The process is repeated until extraction is complete. Solution is again evaporated to obtain the extract. The unit is complete with spherical vessel, heating bath, condenser, reflux divider, extraction vessel, and necessary pipelines and valves. The unit can be supplied with solvent feed arrangement either from the top /or from the bottom, or with both arrangements. The unit is available in vessel size of 10, 20, 50, 100 Ltr.

Sight glass is a device used between any kind of non-transparent pipelines to observe the flow of liquid. This can be used both in horizontal as well as vertical pipeline. Sight glass is constructed in such a way that it gives a complete view from every angle.A sight glass consists of one glass pipe section, one metal frame, a pair of PTFE bushes and washers and an acrylic cover. Borosilicate pipe section is highly heat resistant, has excellent chemical resistance and has low thermal expansion. Metal frame is composed of two flanges which are welded with studs so that the stresses and vibrations of the pipeline do not transfer to the glass pipe section. Its check nut keeps the glass pipe section in compression and provides ease in replacement.PTFE bushes on both sides of glass pipe section ensures that liquid in the pipeline does not come in contact with metal frame. PTFE washers are used as gaskets while fitting the sight glass in the pipeline. Acrylic cover covers the glass pipe section and protects it from outer damages.

The Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers are available in various combinations of Glass/Metal, Metal/FRP in Shell & Headers. Each tube is individually sealedwith tube sheets at both the ends.  Baffles are provided in the shell to maintain state of turbulence of fluid as well as to hold the tubes.Shell & Tube heat exchanger can be operated within a temperature range of -40° C to 150° C on either side. However, differential temperature should not exceed 120° C at any point. This is a general purpose reactor, to be operated at atmospheric pressure, or vacuum. These vessels are provided with jacketed cylindrical vessel, cover, flush bottom valve,  thermometer pocket, liquid inlet tube, Gas sparging tube, vent valve, anchor stirrer and  mechanical seal. Other type of stirrer can be provided in place of anchor stirrer on demand. A battery of 4 PTFE baffles, removable type can be provided. Condenser assembly as per requirement can be attached ( can be ordered separately ) on the vapour nozzle.
