Shivalik agro poly products ltd. (sap) manufactures wide width low-density polyethylene film (ldpe) under the brand name of 'shivathene'. These ldpe films find extensive use in industries such as agriculture, water management, packaging, construction, defense etc.

Sap manufactures ldpe shrink wrap film used for packing a variety of consumer and industrial products. The process involves wrapping the shrink film around the desired product and then applying heat, which causes the film to shrink tightly over the product.

SAP manufactures black LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) tarpaulins meant for multi-utility storage. These tarpaulins are used for covering various types of materials in both indoor and outdoor settings. They are used for covering materials where the constructed storage capacity is inadequate or is unavailable.

SAP manufactures black LDPE CAP (Cover & Plinth) covers meant for fumigation and storage of food grains. They are normally used where constructed storage capacity is absent or is inadequate.

Shivalik Agro Poly Products Ltd. (SAP) manufactures high quality black polyethylene Liners and Geomembranes*, under the brand name of 'Shivathene'. These sheets are manufactured from virgin heavy-duty LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE granules and find extensive use in a variety of applications such as agriculture, irrigation, fisheries, civil construction works etc.

Shivalik Agro Poly Products Ltd. (SAP) manufactures high quality, co-extruded multilayer polyethylene films, under the brand name of 'Shivathene'. Through the process of co-extrusion, a maximum of three layers can be made into a single film.

SAP manufactures co-extruded three layered LDPE films. These films find extensive use in the packaging industries and are used for packing dairy, sugar, processed foods, detergents, pharmaceuticals etc.

We manufacture 4 types of polyols that can be used to produce different types of rigid polyurethane foam. Each of these 4 polyols when mixed in the prescribed ratio with the hardener (also provided by us) yields the desired rigid polyurethane foam.

We manufacture Shivapol 210 and Shivanate 002, the chemical setup required for the production of cold cure flexible foam. Shivapol 210 is a formulated polyol premixed with blowing agent while Shivanate 002 serves as the hardener.

Shivalik Prismo India Private Limited, a company in which all the directors are interested as directors of Shivalik Agro Poly Products Limited manufactures thermoplastic and thermosetting road marking materials. These are extensively used as traffic paints and are used for marking traffic lanes, parking areas etc.

Thermosetting road marking materials include Shivapol 1101 and Shivapol 1102. While Shivapol 1101 is meant as a retroreflective marking, Shivapol 1102 is non-reflective in nature. They are available in colors of white and yellow.

Polyurethane sealants are highly flexible and non-shrinking, making them perfect for use in road joints, building joints as well as for filling the gaps between metallic sheets. We manufacture 2 types of polyurethane joint sealants, Shivabond 505G and Shivacol 1103.

We manufacture three major types of adhesives, namely polyvinyl acetate (PVA) based adhesives, polyurethane (PU) based adhesives and synthetic resin based adhesives. These are used for bonding metallic surfaces, non-metallic surfaces and metallic with non-metallic surfaces. Our adhesives find widespread use in the production of automotive filters, industrial air filters, oil filters, furniture pieces etc.

Shivabond 505 is a specifically formulated two component thermosetting resin. It is used as a polymerized floor-topping compound so as to provide a dense, abrasion resistant surface to the floor as well as to increase its structural strength and depth.

We manufacture Shivapol 211 and Shivanate 003, the chemical setup required for the production of integral skin foam. Shivapol 211 is a formulated polyol premixed with blowing agent (can also be provided without blowing agent), while Shivanate 003 serves as the hardener.
