VFS-SELF-CLEANING SRG wire screens are the latest and more & more popular screening medias used in applications where keen clogging and blinding problems must be solved regardless of the screening machine into which they are fitted, and tensioned to aviod crimped wires to part. these meshes are made up of precrimped wires held together by means of : groups of cross wires spaced at intervals corresponding to the bucker bars positions in the screening machine, the cross wire are molded into rubber strips in most cases, rarely into PU (polyurethane) strips most up-to-data technology uses only PU strips.

The Vibrating Screen Mesh is manufactured to ensure optimum finish, high strength, and low maintenance cost. They can be used on all types of high abrasive products, with no clogging and plugging. Screens are woven accurately to the mesh size with appropriate wire or wire rod to meet specific requirements.

For a long time the concept of copper flexible was just stacking together bunches of foils and connecting the same. Further, riveting at the ends was started and was further improved by soldering/brazing/welding. But the loss of energy was never considered/assessed. Later on, as the cost of energy increased tremendously, the technique of hot pressed electro fusion process for Copper Flexible & tig welding process for aluminum flexible was put in use which is the latest trend and resulting into substantial savings in energy cost.
