After forging of the item which is to be manufactured the product goes in for turning Broaching, followed by teeth cutting. Then after chamfering. Heat Treatment-Shot Blasting and Grinding . Final inspection is carried out in the Gear Testing Lab. After which the product is ready to be despatched.
