The equipment bod y is made of mild steel with three jaws to test specimen. The lower clamps or jaw is movable & the upper clamp is stationary. The load exerted on the movable jaw is sensed by load cell attached with upper clamp, which directly indicates the load digitally in kgf as well as in software.
