Spherical Bushings are self-aligning spherical plain bushings which have inner and outer rings with spherical sliding surfaces and can take large radial load and a bi-directional sxial load at the same time. Roller Way Series is a precision linear motion rolling guide incorporating cylindrical rollers with a precisely finished race plate. It has high load capacity and high rigidity. Elastic deformation under heavy or fluctuating loads is very small and smooth linear motion can be easily obtained. Precise cylindrical rollers are matched with a solid ground race plate finished to a high degree of flatness, achieving both high rigidity and high dimensional accuracy. As the height of roller way can be selected within a narrow range of  2m in dimensional  tolerance, uniform load distribution can be easily obtained among Roller ways. Precision Linear Slide is a light weight and compact linear motion rolling guide, comprising a U shaped table (or slide unit race) and bed (or track rail) made from stainless steel sheet by precision forming. The raceway grooves are accurately ground on the table and bed. Precision Linear Slide features high proformance and durability , making this series suitable for measuring equipment, disk drives IC manufacturing and inspection devices Etc.

Precision Alignment Table AT is a rotary positioning mechanism for precision angle correction, which consists of a high rigidity steel table and bed assembled with Crossed Roller Bearing as a table support bearing. Precision Alignment Table AT converts linear motion produced by ball screw drive into circular motion of an appointed operating angle range, and performs positioning in the direction of rotation. Linear Way L is assembled as a linear motion rolling guide in the ball screw drive mechanism and serves to achieve high accuracy positioning in combination with the precision ball screw.

Pillow Block Bearings are cast iron housing fitted with ball bearings with an extended inner rings, completely ready to use by just bolting in place. The bearing in the housed unit is self-aligning and has a spherical outer ring that matched a spherical bore in the housing. The inner ring of the bearing has a Nylon patch setscrew which acts as a locking device so that the complete unit is easy to mount.

Pillo Balls are compact self-aligning spherical bushings which can support a large radial load and a bi-directional axial load at the same time. Shell type Needle Roller bearings are light-weight but are rates for heavy loads. They employ a Shell type outer ring made of thin special-steel plate which is accurately drawn, carburized and quenched , thus providing the minimum sectional height of the needle roller bearings The caged type has a structure in which  the needle rollers are accurately guided by the cage and thrust rings. It is useful for applications at high-speed rotations. C-Sleeve Linear Way H is a high rigidity type linear motion rolling guide incorporating built in lubricating parts, C-Sleeves, in Linear Way H. Long term maintenance free can be achieved. The lubricant in C-Sleeve keeps the lubrication performance for a long period of time, so that the man-hours for troublesome re-lubrication control can be reduced and maintenance free operation (5 years or 20,000 km whichever comes earlier) can be achieved ,

The slide shaft is case hardened and ground steel shafting. Since the linear shaft acts as the inner race of aball bushing, the specifications such as surface hardness, depth of hardness, surface roughness, cylindricity, and straightness are very important factors for bearing life. The slide shafts are manufactured to required linear motion   specifications. These Shafts  are  (g6) ISO tolerance shafts for high grade bearings and h5 tolerance for precision grade bearings. Shaft diameters ¼ “ to 2” and also (440C) stainless steel shafts in (g6) tolerance 1/8" to 1" are available for applications requiring corrosion resistance. For open type linear motion bearings, standard pre-drilled shafts are also available.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings are the double row full complement type with low sectional height . Rollers are incooprated in two rows of non-separable heavy-duty bearings. They can withstand not only radial loads but also axial loads, which are supported at the contact between the shoulders of inner and outer rings and the end surfaces of rollers.These include the caged type, full complement type and sealed type. These bearings are used for heavy duty machines, Such as construction machinery, industrial machinery.

Cylindrical rolller bearings are typically used in combination with double direction angular contact thrust bearings where radial stiffness, high radial capacity and high precision support are required. Double row cylindrical roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity because of the high number of cylindrical rollers in each row, and the exclusive optimized roller crown profile which results in the best load distribution.

Compact Linear Bushing is a linear motion rolling guide, incorporated steel balls and a retainer compactly in an external cylinder which is made from a thin special-steel plate by precision drawing, carburizing and quenching. It can be used to greatly reduce the size and weight of linear motion part of a machine, because its sectional height is as small as 4 to 5 mm and it is mounted directly on the shaft which is used as the race way .Steel balls are guided accurately by the retainer, so frictional resistance is small and a highly accurate linear motion can be obtained.
