iLabot brings to you wide range of vertical autoclaves that are available in 22 liters, 35 liters, 70 liters and 152 liters; material is put from top side by opening lid. These units are extensively used in hospitals and biotechnology laboratories. A vertical autoclave is manufactured in three different designs Economy model, Deluxe Model and Triple Walled. The difference between these models explained below: Economy Model: In this economy vertical autoclave external surface is made of painted mild steel sheet and inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The lid is made of painted MS but inner part is made of stainless steel sheet. Pressure is controlled through automatic pressure switch. Deluxe model: In Deluxe vertical autoclave, both inner chamber and external chamber are made of stainless steel and lid is also made of stainless steel. Radial locking system, ring and stand are made of chrome plate MS. Triple Walled: Triple walled vertical autoclaves are highly effective sterilization equipment and considered most suitable for most of applications. These vertical autoclaves are made with three walls and all walls are made of stainless steel; while radial locking system, ring and stand are made from chrome plated MS. It has steam stock option, where steam is first generated in jacket and then transferred into sterilization chamber.

These are double walled units with inner chamber (Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G. stainless steel and outer chamber is covered with S.S. Lid is tightened by wing nuts / radial locking system (AS ORDERED). Fitted with neoprene rubber gasket, all systems are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. as a safety measure. All autoclaves are fitted with saandrad accessories such as water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve and heating element. The outer body is made of thick mild and is also finished with powder coating paint or SS whereas the inner part is made of thick stainless steel. The lid of this instrument is tightened by radial arms through a steering wheel and are further provided with safety valve, pressure gauge, water level indicator and pressure release valve.
