These are double walled units with inner chamber (Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G. stainless steel and outer chamber is covered with S.S. Lid is tightened by wing nuts / radial locking system (AS ORDERED). Fitted with neoprene rubber gasket, all systems are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. as a safety measure. All autoclaves are fitted with saandrad accessories such as water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve and heating element. Autoclave Double Drum Radial Locking The outer body is made of thick mild and is also finished with powder coating paint or SS whereas the inner part is made of thick stainless steel. The lid of this instrument is tightened by radial arms through a steering wheel and are further provided with safety valve, pressure gauge, water level indicator and pressure release valve. In our instrument, the autoclave can also hold the pressure between 5 to 20 PSI.

Deluxe model: In Deluxe vertical autoclave, both inner chamber and external chamber are made of stainless steel and lid is also made of stainless steel. Triple Walled: Triple walled vertical autoclaves are highly effective sterilization equipment and considered most suitable for most of applications.
