In this triple walled construction, all the three walls are made of thick high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made of stainless steel sheet. The unit is fitted with radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of MS chrome plated. Provided with built- in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi with automatic pressure control switch, which controls the pressure with an accuracy of +/- 1 psi. It is supplied complete with stainless steel basket, chord and plug. The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 20 psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 kgf/cm sq.g (15 psi - 17 psi) Working Temperature : 121° C Hydrotest Pressure : 2.5 kgf/cm sq.g ( 35 psi ) Micro-Processor/PID/Digital Control with polygraph is also available on demand.

It is used for sterilization under saturated pressure at any selected point between 10 to 20 p.s.i (adjustable).These are double walled units with inner chamber (Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G stainless steel and outer chamber is covered with S.S Lid is tightened by wing nuts/radial locking system (AS ORDERED). Fitted with neoprene rubber gasket, all system are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. as a safety measure. All autoclaves are fitted with standard accessories such as water indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve and heating element. Supplied complete with S.S. basket, cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply. ALL YHRDR MOFRLD besides being fitted with STAINLESS STEEL/GUMETAL LID and having inner chamber made of S.S and outer chamber covered with stainless steel, are also fitted with VACUUM BREAKER as a SAFETY DEVICE.
