As circulation of liquid in the tank is also a mandatory requirement; therefore, we use a circulation pump in this unit. Circulation can be switched ON and switched OFF anything by the switch at front panel. These units are also known as refrigerated chiller or circulating chiller. Serological Water Bath Thermostatic Controlled: without rack and thermometer     Double walled, inside made of stain less steel 304 grade and out side mild sheet painted with attractive stove enamel. Temperature is controlled by a hydraulic thermostat from 5°C above ambient to 100°C with a sensitivity of ± 0.5°C fitted with ISI mark Tublar Element. Bath consists of 2 pilot lamps & on/off switch, to work on 220/230 Volts A.C. Fitted with Thermostat / Thermostat with Stirrer / with PID controller Dual Display with Stirrer.      

Rectangular water bath double walled construction, inner reservoir of stainless steel. Outer body in mild steel with glass wool insulation in between, supplied with lid having one hole of 12.5cms dia & 6 holes of 7.5 cms dia. Concentric rings with lids are provided on holes. The top plate & concentric rings are of stainless steel temperature range ambient to 100° C. Controlled by capillary thermostat. Outer body of our serological water bath is constructed out of thick PCRC steel sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint/stove enamel/powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304.

It is a double walled bath with inner chamber made of stainless and outer wall made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated/  Painted. The gap between outer and inner walls in filled with special grade glass wool insulation. The concentric rings  can be removed  to accommodate containers of various sizes.
