Superior Features: - Rigid framework design has inherent strength and stability. The aluminium profiles are corrosion resistant with specially designed three way corners. The panels are pressure injected with CFC free polyurethane foam up to 40 Kgcum densities. The entire framework is mounted on a galvanized steel channel base. The condensate drain pan is fabricated out of corrosion resistant SS-304 stainless steel insulated on outside with close cell insulation. The units are compact in design to provide vibration-free, noiseless performance and are easily maintainable. Basic assembly consists of sections with imported centrifugal fan, cooling coil, and filters. Add-on optional modules such as thermal break with coved profiles, heating coil, face and pass damper, humidifiers and air mix

We Offer Single Skin AHU units are used mainly in ventilation system, Air washer & Air Scrubber system when inside and outside temperature difference is very low and there may be a less chances of condensation on panels. Sometimes Single skin units are used in air condensing systems if machine is placed in separate room or in the same air conditioning room.

We are offering fan coil unit. zeco, one of the leaders in air management systems has introduced silent fan coils units. We manufacture fan coils units of all capacities ranging from 1 tr to 3 tr. The fan coil unit is unique in its class as it has the body made from pre-coated sheets and has puf injected sandwich stainless steel tray. All this to ensure there is no condensation and rusting of trays. Great looks come as a bonus. However we manufacture the standard powder coated/gi construction units also.

We Offer air Scrubbers are used to remove airborne contaminants prior to discharging a waste air stream. The scrubber used a series of spray nozzles to direct water droplets over and through the waste stream. The contaminants are captured by the water droplets and are carried down to the bottom of the scrubber for discharge. Scrubber shall be single/double spray modular, Draw/ Blow type comprising various sections such as mixing chambers, spray sections, filter section, fan section(SISW/DIDW), mist elimination etc.
